Calling All Brave Souls

I’m a veggie freak fanatic. You know that by now, right?

What I discovered by concentrating solely on my own taste buds, is that a lot of my friends were interested in what I was whipping up in the kitchen. Without me saying, “hey, you should try adding more veggies to your diet” or “hey, let me show you how to make tofu” they came to me.

So….the Veggie Profiles begin.

I’m not a registered dietician but I can share recipes and ideas on how being a vegetarian isn’t a scary experience. I can point out unique ingredients we don’t think about because we are so used to standards (meat, starch, veggie).

Every couple of weeks, I will be highlighting a friend who has a different veggie agenda. They might want to simply add more greens to their life or eat vegetarian for two meals a day or simply have the desire to just bug me and ask questions.
